Spiritual Breakfast
Today I really enjoy touching the Lord and praying this:
"I love the Lord Jesus. My loving Him does not depend upon my ability to love. It depends on His being so lovable. Because He is lovable, I cannot help loving Him. Lord, thank You loved us first with Your knowledge-surpassing love. Today, I just want to learn to love You a little bit more. Cause us to choose You and put You first in all things today."
Some references that helped me touch the Lord this morning: Life-Study of Genesis Msg 61, Ephesians 1:4 and 3:19.
I hope y'all can enjoy these references with me and practice praying like this to the Lord each day. Touching the Lord in the morning is like a spiritual breakfast, the most important meal of the day that will affect your whole day. So, don't forget to "eat" Christ this morning.
