French Almond Macaroons 101.

The other day, KJ and I decided to make some macaroons. We heard from people that it's hard, but when we looked up online, the recipe seems pretty easy. So, we decided just to do it!

We got the recipe from this website: Martha's French Almond Macaroons.

Since y'all can just check out the recipe from there, there are a couple tips that I'd like to give you.

1. After you piped the mixture onto the cooking sheet, leave it for 20 minutes so that the surface will even out, and it won't be like this:

2. Therefore, it'll be good to save some time if you use 2 cookie sheets, so while one is in the oven, you can start piping on the other and leave it for a couple of minutes.

3. Go classic if you are too lazy to make the fillings, just use your favorite jam! :D

4. Leave the prepared macaroons in the fridge for 1-2 days so that the cookie part will absorb the jam flavor.

and... voilĂ !!

ENJOY!
